How to Install

1. Download and install Crystal Reports XI R2 in two parts:
   
   Part 1 - EXE 650MB | Part 2 - RAR 436MB
   
   For existing Crystal Reports XI customers:
   
   • Uninstall Crystal Reports XI.
   • Download and install Crystal Reports XI R2 (use your existing Crystal Reports XI keycode).
   For new Crystal Reports customers:
   
   • Purchase Crystal Reports XI.
   • Follow the instructions above to install Crystal Reports XI R2.
2. Download the Salesforce.com driver v 3.0 - ZIP 8.7MB.
   
   
3. Extract and run the installer.
   
   
4. Review the documentation.
