Administrators now have access to the following reports:
Customizable interface
Administrators can now personalize the crystalreports.com interface in the following ways:
IP address filtering
Administrators can now limit access to crystalreports.com to certain IP addresses. This means that if an unknown user acquires a username and password, he still cannot access crystalreports.com without using an approved IP address.
Open Data Connector update
If you use the Open Data Connector to access internal data sources, you can now run reports that use dynamic parameters.
Salesforce.com driver update
When you build your reports, you can now include objects from version 13 of the Salesforce.com API.
Easier administration
Administrators can now import user group information from a CSV file and reset passwords on behalf of their members.
More control of report hyperlinks
Report developers can now link to a specific element of a report - such as a table, chart, or graph - from external applications like Salesforce.com.
Browser choice
In addition to Internet Explorer, Firefox 2 is now officially supported.
Use of existing Business Objects reports
If your company already has Business Objects Enterprise installed on premise, you can now access those reports from crystalreports.com. For more information, contact your Business Objects account representative.
Adding users - new options
When you add viewers, you can now choose to make them members or guests. Viewers added before December 15, 2007, are guests.

Adding members is the recommended way of sharing reports and other documents with users. Members:
Guests
Guests are users with limited permissions who do not need to follow standard account membership rules. Guests:
Multiple administrators
You can now make other users administrators for your crystalreports.com account. Administrators can add users, publish reports, and manage your account.
For new users
To add a new administrator:
For users added before December 15, 2007
To upgrade a user to administrator, send a request to
OPS_SUPPORT4@MAILCA.CUSTHELP.COM and include the user's email address. After you receive approval, use the same steps as for new users.
For users added after December 15, 2007
To upgrade a member to administrator, use the same steps as for new users. To upgrade a guest to administrator, use the same steps as for users added before December 15, 2007.
Desktop Publisher enhancements
Desktop Publisher is a tool that allows you to publish reports from your desktop to crystalreports.com on a recurring schedule.
Report hyperlinking
